WOW, those are going to be some changes for you guys. I think you should try and save the hopscotch. Of course it isn't my money. LOL
I agree that the hopscotch is sacred! Save it somehow if you can! :)
I think that the house will have a much nicer look to it with the garage facing the other way. It will look much larger and more inviting! :)

You really have a job ahead of you. If you are successful maybe you could help salvage our garage. It's a two car that you can not drive a car into.
